Our rates are shown in the table below.
All prices are per week, and include air conditioning/heating. The minimum stay is 4 nights.
If you require prices for a period less than a week, then please contact us with your requirements. The minimum length of stay is 4 nights.

Note that payment in Euros can only be accepted by Bank Transfer to our Bank account in Cyprus.
A non-returnable 20% deposit secures a booking.
For bookings of more than 2 weeks please contact us for our best rate.
A 10% discount is available for late bookings of at least 1 week duration.
(i.e. booking made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date)
Our terms & Conditions contain cancellation and payment details, and are deemed to have been accepted by the hirer upon receipt of the deposit.
